Where do the workshops take place?

All workshops are held at the Soapsmith Walthamstow studio, London E17. Full address details will be included in your confirmation email.

How long does the workshop last?

Workshops last approximately 90 minutes.

How many guests will attend each workshop?

Each public workshop is limited to 10 guests, ensuring an intimate and personal experience in our Walthamstow studio. Private group events, including baby showers and corporate sessions, can be arranged with larger group sizes on request.

Do I need any prior experience?

No experience is needed. Our workshops are beginner friendly and guided by one of our makers.

What will I make during the workshop?

This depends on the workshop you book.

In our Bath Soak Workshop, each guest creates one full size personalised bath soak to take home.

In our Soap Making Workshop, each guest creates their own handmade soaps using Soapsmith scents, colours and botanicals.

What is included in the price?

All ingredients, tools and materials are provided.

Depending on the workshop booked, you will take home your own handmade Soapsmith product, along with selected extras such as samples, branded packaging, a complimentary Walthamstow soap, a Soapsmith tote bag and an exclusive 20% studio shopping discount to enjoy on the day.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. Everything is provided.

Are workshops suitable for groups?

Yes. Workshops can be enjoyed solo or with friends. For private, group or off-site bookings, please contact hello@soapsmith.com.

Is there an age restriction?

Workshops are suitable for adults and older teenagers. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who also has a booked place in the workshop.

Are tickets sent out?

We do not send out physical tickets. Your confirmation email acts as your e-ticket.

What should I do if I am running late?

Please arrive on time where possible. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and we may not be able to extend the workshop.
