Where do the workshops take place?
All workshops are held at the Soapsmith Walthamstow studio, London E17. Full address details will be included in your confirmation email.

How long does the workshop last?
Workshops last approximately 90 minutes.

How many guests will attend each workshop?
Each workshop is limited to 10 guests, ensuring an intimate and personal experience in our Walthamstow studio. Private group events, including baby showers, can be arranged with larger group sizes on request.

Do I need any prior experience?
No experience is needed. Our workshops are beginner friendly and guided by one of our makers.

What will I make during the workshop?
Each guest will create one full size bath soak to take home at the end of the session.

What is included in the price?

Do I need to bring anything?
No. Everything is provided.

Are workshops suitable for groups?

Is there an age restriction?
Workshops are suitable for adults and older teenagers. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who also has a booked place in the workshop..

Are tickets sent out?
We do not send out physical tickets. Your confirmation email acts as your e ticket.

What should I do if I am running late?
Please arrive on time where possible. Late arrivals may miss part of the session, and we may not be able to extend the workshop.
