WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a Soapsmith workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings
All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or by arrangement with the Soapsmith team.

Cancellations and rescheduling
Workshops are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 72 hours before the workshop date. We will do our best to offer one reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Non attendance
If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no show and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Late arrival
Please aim to arrive around 5 minutes before the start time so the workshop can begin smoothly. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible. However, depending on the stage of the session, you may miss part of the workshop or may not be able to join once it has started. No refunds will be given for late arrival.

Transferring your booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest. Please email hello@soapsmith.com with their name at least 24 hours before the workshop.

Health and safety
Our workshops involve handling fragrances and natural ingredients. We cannot guarantee that ingredients are free from all allergens.
Participants take part at their own risk and must follow guidance given during the session.

Changes and cancellations by Soapsmith
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Photography
Occasionally, photos may be taken during workshops for Soapsmith marketing purposes. Please let us know at the start of the session if you prefer not to be included.

General
Soapsmith reserves the right to make minor changes to workshops where necessary.
These terms are governed by UK law.
